We ordered the: Rheem RTG-95DVN on Tuesday and it was here on Friday, as PROMISED with 3-day FREE Shipping. The venting came from the Rheem factory and we paid for 2-day air shipping and was here in LESS than 2 days. All was PACKAGED VERY WELL. The PRICE could NOT be BEAT! The CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCELLENT as "Ben" gave us a direct CONTACT phone number to reach them if we had QUESTIONS or PROBLEMS.
