Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers. All items must not have been used and/or installed if returned.
  • Items and packaging must be in resalable condition.
  • Customer pays shipping cost of return, we recommend insuring any package over $100 value. 
  • Must email returns@lakecountypipe.com to get a RMA Number that must be included with the return.  
  • Returns without an RMA# will be refused.
  • DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 Days of Delivery - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Cross Shipping
    We do not ship replacement products until the RMA has been completed (cross-ship). If you need a replacement product before the RMA is completed, you may place a new order, independent of the returns process
  • All returns are subject to our inspection and approval
