  • Free Shipping Does not Apply for Items that require Special Freight Shipping - Items over 100 Lbs. When you order the product and shipping is not included, Lake County Pipe will notify you if you would be subject an additional shipping charge.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.
  • Customer pays shipping cost of return
  • Must email returns@lakecountypipe.com to get a restocking RMA Number that must be returned with item.
  • Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us.
  • Returns without an RMA# will be refused.
  • DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 Days of Delivary - NO Exception.
  • Cross Shipping
    We do not ship replacement products until the RMA has been completed (cross-ship). If you need a replacement product before the RMA is completed, you may place a new order, independent of the returns process
  • All returns are subject to our inspection and approval

We require the buyer have a licensed and properly trained plumber or service tech install any water heater we sell. Further, you the consumer are responsible to order the proper model and manufactured water heater that complies with you local, state and federal laws or compliance requirements. You, the consumer agree to obtain any permits necessary to your local, state and federal laws or compliance requirements. We urge you the buyer to consult your local licensed and authorized installer for advise on the proper selection of your Water Heater, if Electric, Gas or Propane. We cannot be responsible for any advice given by any sales person and lakecountypipe.com related to these matters. Once installed, water heaters cannot be returned. lakecountypipe.com will not be liable for improper installation, operation service or maintenance, possibly resulting in fire, electrical shock, scald injury, carbon monoxide poisoning, explosion, property damage, personal injury or death from Water Heaters sold by lakecountypipe.com. Any problems or liability related to a manufacturing issue must be handled with the Water Heater Manufacturer.
