- Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 20%
- All items must be returned in the original containers.
- Items must be unused/uninstalled and received back in resalable condition.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Customer pays shipping cost of return, we recommend insuring any package over $100 value.
- Must email email@example.com to get a restocking RMA Number that must be returned with item.
- Please make sure to include the RMA number with your return.
- Returns without an RMA# will be refused.
- DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 Days of Delivery - NO EXCEPTION.
- Cross Shipping
We do not ship replacement products until the RMA has been completed (cross-ship). If you need a replacement product before the RMA is completed, you may place a new order, independent of the returns process.
